ABSTRAK
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam pemrograman web kepada siswa SMK. Dilaksanakan di SMK N 2 Slawi, kegiatan ini melibatkan 15 siswa kelas XII dan berlangsung selama satu bulan dengan total delapan sesi workshop. Materi yang diajarkan mencakup pengenalan HTML, struktur dasar HTML, pengenalan CSS, serta styling dasar dengan CSS. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa, serta penilaian proyek akhir siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep dasar pemrograman web. Semua siswa berhasil menyelesaikan proyek akhir mereka dengan baik, menunjukkan kemampuan dalam mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang telah mereka peroleh selama workshop. Feedback dari siswa juga sangat positif, menunjukkan bahwa mereka merasa mendapatkan manfaat besar dari kegiatan ini dan berharap agar kegiatan serupa dapat diadakan lagi di masa depan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa melalui workshop yang terstruktur dan komprehensif, siswa dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan dasar-dasar HTML dan CSS dalam pembuatan halaman web. Kegiatan serupa diharapkan dapat terus dilakukan untuk memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi siswa di sekolah lain.
ABSTRACT
This community service activity aims to provide basic knowledge and skills in web programming to vocational high school students. Conducted at SMK N 2 Slawi, the activity involved 15 twelfth-grade students and took place over one month with a total of eight workshop sessions. The material taught included an introduction to HTML, basic HTML structure, an introduction to CSS, and basic styling with CSS. The evaluation of the activity was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the increase in students' understanding, as well as the assessment of students' final projects. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of basic web programming concepts. All students successfully completed their final projects, demonstrating their ability to apply the knowledge they had acquired during the workshop. Feedback from the students was also very positive, indicating that they felt they gained substantial benefits from the activity and hoped that similar activities could be held again in the future. This activity proves that through structured and comprehensive workshops, students can understand and apply the basics of HTML and CSS in web page creation. Similar activities are expected to continue to provide broader benefits to students at other schools.
